Adds scope-profiler regions on the expensive operations, behind the opt-in tag
patchwork: they record nothing unless the application enables it withsetup(enable_tags=["patchwork"]),SCOPE_PROFILER_ENABLE_TAGS=patchworkorscope-profiler run --enable-tag patchwork.
