Adds scope-profiler regions on the expensive operations, behind the opt-in tag
wellbalanced: they record nothing unless the application enables it withsetup(enable_tags=["wellbalanced"]),SCOPE_PROFILER_ENABLE_TAGS=wellbalancedorscope-profiler run --enable-tag wellbalanced. Switched off, a region costs one extra call (about 0.1-0.2 µs).Needs scope-profiler 0.7.5 (max-models/scope-profiler#341); run
