Separar configuración en fuentes independientes no es requisito demostrado.
Fuera de la prioridad de lanzamiento actual. Mantener vinculado a la Epic para revisión posterior; no ejecutar por dependencias o aprobaciones históricas.
Objetivo vigente: «los ids de agentes cambien a unos ids que se desprendan de el string univoco que requieren ejecutar». Una ventana/editor. El usuario ordenó atacar únicamente lo estrictamente necesario y revisar el resto después. La auditoría de 22 hijos preserva diferencias entre necesidad conceptual y paquete histórico; no es consenso de implementación. Faltan definir el string/equivalencias y la compatibilidad de IDs anteriores antes de certificar el mínimo exacto. Hash determinista no prueba idempotencia. Las especificaciones y dependencias históricas no habilitan ampliar ni bloquear automáticamente el núcleo reducido. Esta resolución no elimina ni revierte comportamiento entregado; los estados abiertos/cerrados se conservan.

Part of epic #2432 (under #2429). This phase implements the certified independent source persistence contract for independent coding-agent identities/layers and recoverable persistence. Existing references, defaults, locks and history must be preserved.

Acceptance
Implement exactly the frozen phase behavior, edge cases and failure contracts. Stay within this phase whitelist; preserve the inactive/activation and recovery ordering. All count-positive phase fixtures and required integrated-tree guards must pass before publication. Future tests are not claimed as run.

Technical consensus is complete. Human gate 7.5 is pending. No implementation or branch creation is authorized by issue creation. Current API lifecycle/FUP #2885 and #2436 remain outside this phase.

I2893 — technical re-score for origin-contract delta
Baseline reconstructed for the P02 work specified by v17, not a claimed historical score. Re-score covers remaining origin-contract implementation and its consumer integration, excluding untouched future functionality. Evidence: architect-origin-contract.md, rust-origin-feasibility.md, origin-candidate-v18-20261007.md. No product implementation completed.
Baseline raw97 → round((97-10)/19099)+1 =46. Remaining delta raw101 → round((101-10)/19099)+1 =48.
Full remains mandatory independently of score: architectural/persistence contract; architect+Rust+UI+Grinch exact-version consensus and human gate. State/data veto and verification-proof review also apply. Excluded ceremony: issues, branch, messaging/delegation, plan copying, review rounds, CI waiting, PR/merge/cleanup, changelog/version. Document count is not technical footprint.
v18 is READY_FOR_COLD_VALIDATION only. This score neither certifies its design nor authorizes code. P01 delivered history remains unchanged.

Delivered via PR #2947, merged at 2026-10-07T23:21:26Z into c1afa90. Independent raw readers and pure preparation added; source activation remains deferred to P11. General-only preparation preserves protected raw inputs and overlay-owned disk values.
Rust implementation, B1/B2 corrections, main integration and the CI fixture-writer correction were reviewed by Grinch. Local origin16/source212 and applicable gates passed; all triggered applicable CI checks passed on exact6f63b031. Full-tier conditional jobs were skipped as configured (run3229 full=false), not claimed executed. Earlier CI failures preserved and corrected. Unrelated main sidebar delta triage recorded in PR.
Issue closed. Principal repository clean on main == origin/main c1afa90; feature branch removed locally/remotely, remote refs only main/HEAD. No packaged build requested. Evidence in room-shared/i2893-execution. Next phase I2894 begins only after mandatory handoff-clear.
