Delivered all three phases of the approved empty-task-description plan:
- I2935: UI compatibility, PR fix: recognize empty Clean descriptions in room menus (#2935) #2938, merge 49f6230.
- I2936: Rust empty defaults, PR fix: persist empty task descriptions after Clean and creation (#2936) #2939, merge d720ea2.
- I2937: documentation aligned with empty defaults, PR docs: align empty task defaults, refs #2937 #2940, merge 938dfc2.
P03 independent review passed and all applicable exact-head CI checks passed for da5f523. Full-tier jobs were officially skipped (run 3213, full=false). Local main is clean and equals origin/main at 938dfc2. No additional package, installation, release, or native test execution was requested. I2931 and E2787 remain separate work.
Part of #2930. P03, mechanical; owner ac-technical-writer-v4; depends on P02 merged to main with verified ancestry. Documentation promises old placeholder prose and 50-byte Clean tasks. Update default descriptions and exact-byte expectations to the landed empty-body behavior.

Acceptance: Clean description documented empty; Clean creation expectations are 23/23 bytes including black-box result row; USER37 and native test gates preserved. No claims that native tests were run. No implementation/API/migration expansion.
Validation from repo root: relevant rg searches and git diff --check; verify UTF8 LF Clean literal length23 against landed producer, preserve USER37 and gates; applicable architecture and CI checks per canonical plan. No extra Rust local compilation or final build.
