Scope and acceptance
Implement frozen P03 after P02 lands. Seven allowed files: src/shared/ipc.ts; src/shared/types.ts; src/sidebar/components/NewTeamModal.tsx; src/sidebar/styles/sidebar.css; new src/sidebar/components/NewTeamModal.cross-project.test.tsx; existing src/shared/ipc.transport.test.ts; existing src/sidebar/components/NewTeamModal.context-alerts.test.tsx. Preserve path-based selection identity and send exact source mappings while keeping portable agent/coordinator/repo refs. Use backend current-project locality: foreign name@project with the complete suffix dimmed, local only name. Reject ambiguous duplicate refs visibly. Preserve create/reload/close, context alerts and old callers. Reuse IPC tests and update additive fixture/envelope expectations without weakening existing assertions. Add no prototype explanation/filesystem/success screens. Run focused DOM/envelope checks, typecheck and planned dependency/test/debt/dup/cognitive checks; shipper handles integrated Rust checks.
Delivery and validation
Follow the phase's complete frozen commands and acceptance criteria from a cold start. Use synthetic Matrices only; no real private agent state. No dependencies, lockfiles, workflows, release/version bump or final distributable build. One branch/PR per phase, sequential delivery; branch must start from synchronized main after dependencies merge. Grinch review and applicable exact-head CI required, primary checkout kept on that branch while CI runs. Use existing ci:full label at PR creation for relevant cross-platform/frontend checks. The PR closes only this child; #3068 closes after all three phases and integrated validation. User explicitly authorized implementation with “avanza”; standing exact-version consensus authorization applies. All five original participants approved the same v2 digest set; no v1 approvals transferred.

dc4b998cd54772e73d3ac9cace9e1f188265fdd6passed full CI: all 14 required contexts and all other triggered checks/statuses are green. Local corrected frontend: 274 files/4,178 tests plus typecheck/dependency/debt/duplication/cognitive guards PASS. Independently qualified Rust evidence: 6,729 passed/0 failed/32 ignored plus all required layering guards, cargo check and structural checks PASS. Source/merge reviews passed.The two newer main deltas were independently reviewed as unrelated and documented on the PR. The final merge has exactly the seven approved P03 paths over its target, byte-identical to the validated feature files; its tree matches the expected clean merge result. Earlier failed/cancelled executions remain preserved and are not relabeled.
Local checkout is clean on
main == origin/main; feature and tracking refs are removed. No distribution build, installation, release or version bump was requested.
