   Released 0.45.1 to GitHub and npm next; publication and installation verification are complete.

   • GitHub: https://github.com/mblua/AgentsCommander/releases/tag/v0.45.1 — public immutable release 416102038, exactly the manifest's 17 assets. All asset metadata digests match SHASUMS256.txt. Pipeline verified produced/public assets and its clean Linux install.
   • Source: merged PR chore: release AgentsCommander 0.45.1 (refs #3078) #3080, commit 29fad1b. Annotated tag object 3f4537cc527d40ac3ebb04c3a7239d0cd5a33f55 peels to that commit and contains the exact authority-file bytes.
   • Full PR CI: run 39070441398, all 16 regression jobs and all 14 required contexts passed on d2c33b5. Release run https://github.com/mblua/AgentsCommander/actions/runs/39074366378, attempt 1: every job passed, including GitHub verification, OIDC npm publish, signatures/attestation and clean-install/version check.
   • npm: @mblua/agentscommander@0.45.1. next=0.45.1; latest remains 0.43.0. Tarball integrity/shasum verified; all nine packaged files match the tagged Git source exactly. Registry gitHead and SLSA workflow/ref/dependency bind to the release commit/tag. Both npm publish/provenance subjects match the tarball.
   • Independent Windows local installation passed with isolated configuration and shortcuts disabled. Native SHA-256 matches the public release checksum: 0957a7d9fffd58cc0dda3ce0f4cb32bcbe1d70ce6125f67b4a12cc20b8942d04. CLI reports agentscommander 0.45.1; --help exits 0. npm audit signatures verified the registry signature and attestation.

   No latest promotion was performed. GitHub latest remains v0.43.0 too. The release is available on next, awaiting the user's promotion decision after testing. Local repo is clean on main at the release commit.
