Prepare optional id_hash_debug storage in AgentConfig and ProfileCellConfig. Both fields remain serde-skipped and every explicit constructor initializes None, so this prerequisite preserves serialized settings, existing hashes and runtime behavior.

Validation on 5b07f07:

• Locked Cargo all-target check and read-only format check passed.
• All 9 existing layering tests passed; none failed, ignored or filtered out.
• Clean actual-base PRE and tested-head POST have identical complete cyclic SCC member sets/counts, 1211 unique module arcs with zero additions/removals, and byte-identical 96449-byte arc records matching the committed record. Existing arc/cycle guards passed.
• Independent code and proof review: CODE_AND_PROOF_REVIEW_PASS, no findings. Report SHA256 3A5102584BED1BB2313F57BD177B04AC97F944D8454E570E74F981AEE2A5FDE5. Lead verified all 56 raw evidence files.

Independent Rust Grinch review found no overlap with P01's 19 Rust files and no change to Rust build inputs, manifests, locks, scripts, CI or structural baselines. P01's serde-skipped None fields have no wire effect. The incoming diagnostic invoke already exists at the phase base; the additive TypeScript diagnostics do not touch the settings decoders or hash fields. Merge-tree inspection found no conflict. The existing exact-head local checks and current CI remain applicable to this unchanged P01 head; CI must still finish successfully before merge.
