Adds a quiet outlined count beside each Project name for files differing from cached origin/main, including untracked files. Verified zero hides the pill; unavailable data shows a dash. Per-Project requests run sequentially, with 15 seconds after each response and cleanup on removal. The current filter overlay and controls are preserved.

Closes #3061. Second and final phase of #3057; backend delivered in #3066.

Validation on 96845f2: typecheck; 49 tests across the new real-component suite, existing filter/collapse/keyboard/class-coverage suites, and token-fallback parity guard; frontend dependency guard; diff checks. Current main 0f953c5 was merged with its New Team changes preserved. Independent reviews cover the integrated source and required CSS fallback. Full CI on the exact PR head must pass before merge. CSS review was static; no rendered geometry/color verification or final app build is claimed.

Step 9.5: incoming main delta 0f953c5..84da650 was independently classified UNRELATED_LAND_CURRENT_HEAD by ac-architect-v5 and ac-dev-rust-grinch-v5 after full source/call/input review.

The ten changed paths are src-tauri/src/commands/{co_managed,pty,repos,resource_monitor,role_templates,screenshot,session,spec_board,task,telegram}.rs. They migrate command settings reads and availability handling. The count endpoint/helper closure, Tauri/WebSocket routes, Project polling/filter, four feature paths, settings implementation, dependency/configuration/build inputs and workflows are unchanged. The count runner does not call the changed functions or take SettingsState. Both reviewers verified no source overlap and a clean merge. This range does not require a branch update or fresh CI under Step 9.5; the unchanged feature head remains 96845f2.

CI run 39185217703 attempt 2 is successful on that exact head: all 16 expanded jobs, all 24 current PR checks, and all 14 configured required contexts are successful. The earlier Windows installer assertion did not reproduce on the single requested unchanged-head repeat; no installer source/threshold/environment change was made, and no transient root cause is claimed. The historical failure is preserved in attempt 1. Current frontend and security/Sonar checks also pass.

P02 retains exactly three modified paths plus one added test, the current filter, and all upstream source. Static CSS review does not claim rendered geometry/color validation. Proceeding through the authorized PR admin-merge path with all current checks green; no release or final app build.
