FLAGS in src/apm_cli/core/experimental.py registers nine flags, but the Available flags table listed eight. Add the missing openclaw row with the registered description and a relative link to the OpenClaw integration page, matching the copilot-app, canvas and external-scanners rows. Refs microsoft#2986.
