The mappings are internally consistent, but the external LISA testcase names and stated priority exclusions remain unverified.

What changed in this PR
This PR adds VM extension test metadata to the image-testing configuration and connects it to the VM image’s test groups.
Changes:
- Defines a long-running functional LISA suite selecting 11 named VM agent and extension tests.
- Adds the
vm-extension-testsgroup and includes it in the image’s test list.
