Fixes #1993.

Adds AnnotatePosition.HIDDEN so showActions() can keep the animated cursor while hiding the action-title banner. Includes a regression test covering the new option.

This should go upstream. Also styling actions is updated in 1.64, see https://playwright.dev/docs/release-notes#-better-videos
