Fixes microsoft#42452 Treats an undefined channel the same as 'chromium' and 'chrome-for-testing' when deciding the sandbox default on Linux in the MCP config. This ensures the bundled downloaded browser works out of the box.
Fixes microsoft#42459 Adds the `install --skills` command to the Installation section of `SKILL.md` so that agents reading the file will know how to install or update the skill.

Fixes #42459
The bundled
SKILL.mdonly covered installing the CLI, not how to install the skill itself. This resulted in AI agents manually copying folders rather than utilizing the--skillsinstallation command. This PR adds the standard
playwright-cli install --skills=agents --globalcommand to theSKILL.mdInstallation section so agents have it in context.
