.Net: docs: fix dead links after planner removal and MEVD code migration - #14715

Fix 13 dead links across 4 README files: - dotnet/samples/Concepts/README.md: update Google_GeminiChatCompletionWithThinkingBudget to its renamed file Google_GeminiChatCompletionWithThinking (renamed in microsoft#13396); remove the VectorStore_DataIngestion_CustomMapper entry (sample deleted in microsoft#11028); remove the entire Planners section (samples deleted in microsoft#12399); remove MsGraph_ContactsPlugin/DrivePlugin/TasksPlugin entries (no longer present after MsGraph V5 update in microsoft#12962); remove WithFunctionCallingStepwisePlanner entry (deleted with the planners in microsoft#12399) - dotnet/samples/Demos/OnnxSimpleRAG/README.md: point Vector Store to Microsoft.Extensions.VectorData.Abstractions (moved to dotnet/extensions) and InMemoryVectorStore to CommunityToolkit/AI - python/semantic_kernel/connectors/memory_stores/redis/README.md: point .NET README link to dotnet/src/VectorData/Redis/README.md - python/samples/concepts/README.md: point Search section link to python/semantic_kernel/connectors/search.py

Motivation and Context
A full link-integrity scan of the repository's README files found 13 dead internal links in 4 files. The underlying sample files were deleted or moved by recent refactors (planner removal #12399, MEVD Preview 2 #11028, MsGraph V5 update #12962, and the Gemini thinking-budget sample rename in #13396), but the README entries still point at the old paths.
