Summary

This draft now has one functional change: remove the independent m365-agent-evaluator skill and its legacy assets, and route evaluation requests through declarative-agent-developer to WIQD's eval workflow.

WIQD owns eval CLI setup, dataset generation, execution, result analysis, and regression comparison. The Declarative Agent entry point remains a pure WIQD handoff.

Explicitly unchanged

  • install-atk remains an independent skill in its original directory.
  • teams-app-developer is restored to its original guidance, including its installation-skill reference.
  • ui-widget-developer and setup-sso-ui-widget remain independent skills in their original directories.
  • All 178 original files across installation, Teams, widget, and SSO exactly match the PR baseline (normalized line endings).
  • WIQD installation remains copilot plugin install wiqd@awesome-copilot.
  • No marketplace metadata, plugin versions, or synchronization scripts change.

Review guide

Earlier proposals to consolidate directories, merge SSO/widget entry points, or merge ATK installation into Teams have been withdrawn. Review the aggregate Files changed view for the final scope rather than intermediate commits.

The final diff is 21 files: 17 evaluator deletions, the Declarative Agent skill entry-point update, and three related documentation updates. No installation, Teams, widget, or SSO changes remain in the aggregate diff.

Validation

  • Compared all 178 installation/Teams/widget/SSO files against the original baseline; contents and locations are restored.
  • Confirmed five independent skill entry points and pure WIQD forwarding with evaluation included.
  • Checked local links in the updated entry point and plugin README; removed installation-merge references from documentation.
  • Ran git diff --check with Windows CRLF handling.
  • Reinstalled the local plugin: CLI reports Installed 5 skills.

No live Microsoft 365 tenant operations or end-to-end evaluation runs were performed.

Draft for review; not ready to merge.

Nest widget and SSO workflows under declarative-agent-developer, move ATK setup under teams-app-developer, and delegate evaluation to WIQD. Preserve existing workflow implementation assets and update routing and documentation.

Restore independent widget and SSO skills unchanged and preserve the Declarative Agent entry point as a WIQD-only handoff. Limit the final PR to merging ATK setup into Teams development and moving evaluation ownership to WIQD.
