Steps to reproduce

A race condition occurs when 2 container creation jobs are queued. The Proxmox nextid endpoint returns the same ID for both jobs so the job that takes longer to request the container looses resulting in a failed container creation.

Expected behavior

The container id should be generated pseudo-randomly rather than relying on job syncronization or retry logic.

Actual behavior

Broken.
