Upgrade
vite-plusfrom0.2.1to1.1.0to use the current toolchain. Alignvitestand@vitest/coverage-v8at5.0.3through the shared catalog and overrides.The test configuration uses the new defaults for mock clearing and shared servers. Library builds and public Node.js requirements remain unchanged. Two lint exceptions preserve the existing ESLint rule metadata because
languagesadds runtime checks to consumer configurations.
