docs(examples): accommodate mfusg_gsi -> mfusgt rename - #2883

MODFLOW-ORG/executables release 30.0 renamed mfusg_gsi to mfusgt (now v2.8.1), which broke the USG transport notebooks and silently skipped the requires_exe-gated tests in test_usg_transport.py. Also match CONC record labels by prefix in the Stallman notebook, since mfusgt 2.8.1 writes species-numbered labels (e.g. CONC01). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
