Baseline on 2026-10-19, before those three children were planned: one
`just check --all` run passed on the source tree at `48c8a66ddd` (Rust
default 8,943 tests, net-feature 1,025, capture 515, playback 217, Python
102, JS workspace tests). Swift skipped on this Linux host; the media/browser
harness was not run. It used the pinned Nix shell with CPU affinity 0-3 and
Cargo and nextest concurrency two, at a sampled one-minute load of about 1.6
to 6.1 on 16 cores. No new flake reproduced, but this single unsaturated run
does not count toward the loaded-host runs, which still follow the children.
