architecture-specific release archive: use linux-arm for ARM64 builds and linux
for x86_64 builds, based on the build architecture. Preserve extraction into
CARGO_HOME/bin and the existing installation flow.

…odel Add `just oss-scanner`, which runs Anthropic's tools/check against a pushed ref, and an OSS Scanner workflow that nightly calls and pull requests run when the scanner files change. The threat model now lists the properties the relay must hold: bounded cost for untrusted input, encryption, authentication, multi-tenancy, cache integrity, cluster trust, and amplification. moq-e2ee joins the build set. Resolve nightly.yml: keep main's called path-filtered gates and add the OSS Scanner beside them. Per main's queue-only policy, oss-scanner.yml's pull_request trigger now runs only on release PRs (and reruns on edited), and queue.test.ts asserts Nightly calls it. - Line 33: Update the cleanup command in the scanner script to remove all three
intermediate image tags, including target and tools alongside built, when the
build or tools/check flow exits. Keep cleanup running on exit and preserve the
original check result by retaining the existing suppression and non-failing
behavior.

tools/check removes its target and tools images only after a successful build, so a failed run left up to ~20 GB behind. The EXIT trap now removes all three stages, which also covers an interrupted run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Adds
.oss-scanner/so moq can enroll in Anthropic's OSS Scanner. The scanner builds the project in an isolated VM, audits it offline, and emails findings tosecurity@moq.dev.Dockerfile: Debian trixie with the toolchain pinned inrust-toolchain.toml. It prebuilds the network-facing crates (relay incl. io_uring,moq-net,moq-quic, auth, e2ee, mux, ingest gateways, CLI), their tests, and themoq-relayandmoqbinaries, and installs cargo-nextest. Capture, encode, and binding crates are left out: they need system media libraries and don't face the network.threat_model.md: where untrusted input enters, then the properties the relay must hold. Those are bounded cost for untrusted network input, encryption, authentication, multi-tenancy, cache integrity, cluster trust, amplification/reflection, and E2EE. It also says what matters most, how to run a relay and the tests offline, and gives a severity scale.just oss-scanner [REF] [REPO](sh/oss-scanner.sh): runs the scanner's owntools/checkfrom itsmainagainst a pushed ref, then deletes every stage of the ~20 GB image on exit, including after a failed build..github/workflows/oss-scanner.yml: runs that recipe nightly vianightly.yml, and on release PRs touching the scanner files. A new native dependency or an upstream rule change then fails the nightly run instead of an email tosecurity@moq.dev. It runs outside Nix, likeandroid.yml, so the dev shell's store doesn't compete for disk. Main PRs don't trigger it, following moq-dev/moq#6038;sh/gh/queue.test.tsnow also asserts Nightly calls it.Keeping these files in-repo means build changes don't need a PR to Anthropic's repo. The enrollment PR there (
projects/moq/project.yaml) follows once this merges, since the scanner readsmain.Verified locally with
just oss-scanner claude/oss-scanner(exit 0). Inside the built image, with no network and the agent's 2 CPUs / 8 GB,cargo nextest runpassed 2952/2952 onmoq-net+moq-relayand 520/520 onmoq-relay+moq-uringwith io_uring. Plaincargo testfails two relay integration tests, because theyunwrap()rustls'install_defaultin a shared process. The image uses nextest, as CI does.Decisions
Merging main after moq-dev/moq#6038 (cloud CI only in the merge queue), whose
sh/gh/queue.test.tsrequires everypull_requestworkflow to trigger only on release PRs:oss-scanner.yml:branches: [release]plusedited, like every other path-filtered gate; Nightly covers main. Most consistent with main, and the policy test passes.pull_requesttrigger and run nightly only. Slightly simpler, since the scanner readsmainand a release PR rarely touches these files, but it breaks the pattern the other gates follow.oss-scannerjob sits with main's other called path-filtered gates (X11, Android, C++, WASM, audio replays), and the header comment lists it among them.Public API / wire impact: none.
