m1:

ffi-shutdown-sync [M]: MoqSession::shutdown() becomes a sync drain request awaited with closed(); found in fix(obs): stop-drain test fits the drain deadline; TSan suite runs again #6277.
flake-resource-instrumentation [S], flake-interop-cpp-js [S]: two load flakes seen in test(media): pin the fixture to mono again and finish publish-audio-channel-count #6302. They are top-level (with a Related link to the load round) rather than children of test-flakes-2, because fix(obs): stop-drain test fits the drain deadline; TSan suite runs again #6277 rewrites that epic's README.
obs-test-nightly [XS]: Nightly runs just obs test; it failed every time on main unnoticed until fix(obs): stop-drain test fits the drain deadline; TSan suite runs again #6277.
libav-polyfill-fork [XS]: fix the planar copy in our polyfill fork and drop test(interop): every subscriber decodes and checks the audio tone #6284's patch.
release/runner-client-bump [XS, m2, waiting on a moq-tokio release with feat(net)!: an undeclared Rust timescale means untimed #5083]: from quest(runner-cases): land the runner cases upstream and classify the relay failures #6275. The JS namespace investigation it also found is owned by main's interop-coverage/js-namespace-done, which quest(runner-cases): land the runner cases upstream and classify the relay failures #6275 added.

m2:

Merge summary for 8695895:

Moved the runner client bump from the m1 interop-coverage epic to release execution: feat(net)!: an undeclared Rust timescale means untimed #5083 publishes only with the next cut, so requiring it under m1 deadlocked the cut. The epic lists it as Related.
Latest readers now take a relative range, keeping moq-video's one-group warmup lookback, inventory js/ and poll_largest too, and require JS ranges for @moq/room chat.
Merged origin/main; quest check passes on the head and on a trial merge with the latest main. Codex reviewed 8695895 with no findings.

Merged main: #6284 finished interop-audio, so the m1 README keeps main's three new audio quests, drops interop-audio, and libav-polyfill-fork loses its link to it. Quest check passes.

Merged main: #6275 landed interop-coverage/js-namespace-done.md, the same NAMESPACE_DONE investigation as this PR's js-namespace-withdraw.md, so I dropped this PR's duplicate and kept main's (it also covers the relay-side classification). The m1 README keeps both new entries. Quest check passes.
