Retires quest/m1/audio-devices-arm.md. The quest's bar, set by the maintainer on 2026-10-22, was three consecutive green Nightlies on ARM. That bar is now met.

Tests (rs audio-devices) in the Nightly tests job (runs-on: ubuntu-24.04-arm, no continue-on-error, nextest ci profile with retries = 0):

Nightly Commit Image Result
39421743227 (10-20) f13283b ubuntu-24.04-arm 4 of 5 failed (playback stopped when the engine was dropped, the audible sink never registered: 0)
39600361153 (10-21) bc64b9c ubuntu-24.04-arm, aarch64 5 run, 5 passed
39779729461 (10-22) 33940b6 ubuntu-24.04-arm, aarch64 6 run, 6 passed
39951870847 (10-23) 4381af6 ubuntu-24.04-arm 6 run, 6 passed

The sixth test, playback::the_device_buffers_periods_not_seconds, came with moq-dev/moq#6175. The logs show no retries or flaky markers. Only the 10-22 and 10-23 runs include #6175; the 10-21 pass came before it, as the quest noted.

Consumer: the quest tree. The retired quest no longer shows up as ready work.

Public API: none. Wire: none.

Checks: just check (quest, markdown, shell, gh) passed.

`just rs audio-devices` passed on ubuntu-24.04-arm in three consecutive
scheduled Nightlies (2026-10-21, 10-22, 10-23), the bar the quest set.

Outcome: the quest is retired with no code change. just rs audio-devices passed on ubuntu-24.04-arm in the 10-21, 10-22 and 10-23 scheduled Nightlies, with no retries. That meets the three-consecutive-green bar. The run table is in the description.

Merging. The maintainer chose /quest-merge. CI is green, the current head has a non-Grok review, and quest check passes against main.
