* quest: secure the host gate The gate runs as its own user, PR code and Codex run in the runner's sandbox with no credentials, moq-bot tokens are minted per push and scoped to the repository, and Codex reaches its model through the host's CLIProxyAPI. Extends agent-test-env to cover a failure found on #292:
test/review.test.tsfails under a global SSH commit-signing config (cannot run ssh-keygen). It is the only test fixture that doesn't turn signing off. The quest also namesQUEST_WORKTREE_HOMEamong the agent variables to clear.Decision (user, 2026-10-30)
