Quest-Claim: a880032b4acd534a
`quest` builds in a write list per size beside the review lists. `quest unblocked --json` gives each ready quest its ranked models, one size up while a Maintainer wait is open, and `quest models <size> [--writer <model>]` prints a size's list or the entry an iterate's writer runs at. /quest-spawn falls through the list while nothing is written; coordinators size each /quest-iterate by the work left and keep it on the PR's writer. Grok leaves CONTEXT.md, and Opus reviews XL at xhigh. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Reviewed afc5a7e against base a98b0a2.
No actionable findings in the inspected changes. The writer tables, decision-size bump with an XL cap, and nearest-size selection for an existing writer match the documented routing. Both checkout and --unclaimed JSON paths derive model lists from the same tree that supplied their rankings. Ready candidates exclude epics, so the validated size requirement supports questWriters' non-null assumption. Plain ranking output remains unchanged.
The coordination and spawn guidance preserve one writer after any implementation work, scope agent cleanup to agents started by the coordinator, and record iterate size separately from whole-PR review size. Direction: verify the documented live XS/S spawn exercise and usage-limit fallback before treating the routing rollout as operationally proven.
Verification limits: GitHub-only static inspection of the patch and surrounding readiness, ranking, parsing and waiting logic. No tests, builds, headless agent sessions, login/usage-limit scenarios or live model availability checks were run. COMMENT only, not approval.

It never dispatches: run alone it runs/quest-iterateinline in its own session, and under a coordinator it hands the PR back, whose Coordination rules then size and route the iterate.Implementer:line, orunknown) starts its iterate on its size's first entry that can run; a writer no list names, such as one a repository'sAGENTS.mdadds, falls under that override.CONTEXT.md. The composed/quest-afkskill is now 29,695 characters plus its 201-character setup line, within the 30,000 inline limit with about 100 to spare, so the movedquest agenttext was tightened to make room.Evidence for XS on Haiku
From the quest's plan (decided 2026-11-05): Bito's coding benchmark (October 2026, judged by Opus) scored Haiku 5.5 high 87% on one-shot asks and 82% on long builds against Opus 5.5 medium's 90% and 87%, at 1/4 to 1/23 of the cost; Haiku medium scored 76-79% with about three times the variance between sessions. No published benchmark measures Opus 5.5 at low effort. models.dev prices Haiku 5.5 at $0.10/$0.50 per million input/output tokens (five times that past 100k tokens) against Opus 5.5's $4/$20. The model check moves XS back to Opus if Haiku's review scores lag.

None worth a quest. The epic's own live spawn (XS on Haiku, S on Opus) stays in its README for when its children land.
