• A moq checkout per pin, m1 in ffi-export: just ffi standin reads ts/target/moq, which just ts checks out at a different revision since feat(ts): pick the browser's randomness, and translate moq-net at moq's main #397's split pins, so running both at once in one worktree fails.
• Python's wake on the loop's own thread, m3: about 5 of a woken read's 21 µs is the socket pair.
• Python's call cost, m3: about 125 ns per call against BoltFFI's 63 ns.

Decided with the maintainer on 2026-11-01:

• Which follow-ups: ✅ same-thread wake, ✅ the bench/ci checkout clash, ✅ call cost vs BoltFFI
• Milestones: ✅ perf in m3, the clash in m1; all m1 in ffi-export; all m3

Consumer: the clash breaks concurrent agent runs in one worktree now; the perf quests serve moq's Python package.
