feat(ts): translate std's AsRef and AsMut through references - #593
rust2-ts refused calls of std's blanket impls on references that forward to the referent's, such as <&[u8] as AsRef<[u8]>>::as_ref, which a generic B: AsRef<[u8]> instantiated at &[u8] reaches. moq-net's model/frame.rs reaches it three times at the pin. Checking Borrow, Deref, and the comparisons through & and &mut turned up more gaps of the same kind.
Approach
library::referent forwards AsRef and AsMut on &T and &mut T to T's impl, as it already did for the comparisons, Hash, Hasher, and fmt::Write. The identity impls they forward to ([T]: AsRef<[T]>, str: AsRef<str>) and str/String: AsRef<[u8]> are mapped.
Fixed a double dereference in the forwarding: pointer::pointees already gives std's mappings a &mut operand as what it points at, and the forwarded call then dereferenced it again. That only went unnoticed where the inner &mut was itself an rs.Place, such as fmt::Write on &mut String.
Borrow/BorrowMut of a &mut to a value JS copies: borrow reads the place and borrow_mut lends it (added to the lending mappings). borrow_mut now takes its receiver as the rs.Place it may be (takes_place), so std's impl for any T lends the receiver's place, including at a reference, and the impl for &mut T lends the place that holds it. Borrow/BorrowMut of a &[u8; N] keeps its rs.ByteSlice instead of being lent again as a slice.
Ord::max, min, and clamp of a &mut to a value JS copies compare through the places with the existing rs.cellBy and return the place. Before, these were refused, or for integers mapped onto the places themselves. A raw pointer still orders by its address, which is refused at translation (new reject case pointers::pointers_ordered).
Deref and the comparisons through & already translated, and the new cases now cover them.
Differential cases in the conversions fixture: generic AsRef/AsMut/Deref/Borrow/BorrowMut/comparisons at &[T], &&[T], &[T; 3], &Vec<T>, &mut Vec<T>, &&mut Vec<T>, &mut &mut Vec<T>, and &mut T, plus std's Borrow/BorrowMut for any T, including a reference reassigned through borrow_mut. They run for one type of each form JS keeps (a number, limbs, a string, an Option, bytes, an object, a ByteVec, a byte, and one that drops), plus AsRef<[u8]>/AsRef<str> of &str, &String, &mut String, &[u8], and &Vec<u8>.
Model census at the pin: 3 fewer refusals (78 to 75 on the old base, 72 to 69 after merging #591). The three <&[u8] as AsRef<[u8]>>::as_ref refusals are gone.
Impact
No public API change. More of std translates, and translated output for programs that don't use these impls is unchanged.
Alternatives
Mapping each reference impl by name (("AsRef", "as_ref") if self is &T) instead of forwarding through referent. Rejected: forwarding reuses each referent's mapping, so a new referent needs no new arm.
Follow-ups
None.
Closes the quest quest/m2/ts-model/reference-impls.md.

Session 01a1a7a1, round 1 at f1654f5: the BorrowMut lending exemption let <T as BorrowMut<T>> return an unwrapped value. Fixed in d8fc0d6 (takes_place), with a differential case that fails tsc without the fix.
Round 2 at d8fc0d6: a reference's BorrowMut of itself unwrapped the outer place. Fixed in de3c132, with a differential case.
std's blanket impls on `&T` and `&mut T` forward `as_ref` and `as_mut` to the
referent's, as a generic `B: AsRef<[u8]>` at `&[u8]` reaches in moq-net's
model. Through `&mut`, `Borrow` and `BorrowMut` lend a place JS copies, and
`Ord::max`, `min`, and `clamp` compare by what the places hold. A forwarded
`&mut` operand is no longer dereferenced twice.

`borrow_mut` takes its receiver as the `rs.Place` it may be, so std's impl
for any `T` lends the place itself and the one for a `&mut` the place that
holds.

std's impl for any `T`, at a reference, lends the receiver's place, which
holds the reference, rather than the place the reference points at.

The changes update TypeScript lowering for mutable-place references and reference-based library calls, including AsRef, AsMut, Borrow, and BorrowMut handling. Conversion fixtures now exercise reference access and comparisons, with updated expected outputs. A rejection fixture adds pointer-ordering diagnostics. The model census and reference-implementation notes are also updated.

Cover Ord::min and Ord::clamp on &mut operands in the differential fixture.
compared returns only a.max(b). The results of min and clamp on &mut operands are never written to out, so the native-Rust comparison does not check them. In the inspected lang fixtures, no min or clamp call takes &mut operands.
Add observable min and clamp calls on &mut operands and write each result to out. Use a fresh &mut T::make(...) temporary for each operand, because min and clamp take self by value. For clamp, choose bounds where the lower bound is less than or equal to the upper bound. clamp panics otherwise.
