The direction selector arc was hardcoded to 45 degrees, but the number of radial menu actions has been user-defined since radial menu customization was added. With more than eight segments the highlight covered its neighbours, and with fewer it left gaps. The half span now comes from the segment count, so eight segments keep the previous 22.5 degrees. A new Mac then gets this configuration on first launch, with no import step. - Radial menu: 12 segments of 30 degrees, laid out as a grid of three columns and two rows, plus the center action. Left-click steps through the width variants of each zone. - Keybinds: trigger + left + right cycles the full-height center third and the full-height center half. - windowSnapping, moveCursorWithWindow and radial menu customization are on. - tools/apply-loop-config.sh applies the same configuration to a Mac that already holds Loop preferences, where code defaults no longer apply.
