Migrate persisted rest and tie mappings when reading XML.
Existing mapping files can contain <key>rest</key> or <key>tie</key>. Command parses either value without a scheme, so MidiControlsMapping::isValid() rejects the mapping. The MIDI assignment disappears on upgrade and cannot be restored by the new command-list lookup. Convert these two keys to command://notation/enter-rest and command://notation/toggle-tie before the validity check. (github.com)
