List every NEBTYPE_* constant with its callback and when Naemon sends it, and explain the split between NEBTYPE_*STATUS_UPDATE and the new NEBTYPE_*STATUS_SCHEDULE (naemon-core#162). Add a short "Writing a module" section: the exact API version match, module arguments, registering callbacks and their priority, what NEBERROR_CALLBACKOVERRIDE and NEBERROR_CALLBACKCANCEL do, that event_broker_options decides which events are sent, and that callbacks run in the single threaded event loop. The event list now names the return codes each upcoming action accepts. The vault macro example no longer sets event_broker_options: that is a global, and overriding it re-enables every event for every module behind the administrator's back. Modules are built as .so, not .o.
