docs: drop the Polar funding link - #193

Polar removed its public organization pages (polar.sh/<org>, plus /donate and /subscriptions) in polarsource/polar#9462, merged on 2026-02-16. https://polar.sh/nelsonduarte now returns 404. Remove the "funding on Polar" text link and the "Fund on Polar" badge from the "Support the project" section of the README, and the `polar: nelsonduarte` entry from .github/FUNDING.yml. GitHub turns that entry into a link in the repository's sponsor button, and the link points at the same 404 URL. GitHub Sponsors stays as the only funding link.
