Editorial content only for the upcoming 1.15.1 release, as #180 did for 1.15.0. No code paths, no behaviour changes, no version bump. Typed docs: so the release-notes generator discards it.

What changed

  • docs/changelog.html: adds the 1.15.1 entry and moves the "Latest" badge off 1.15.0. The version footer stays at v1.15.0 for release.yml to bump at tag time.
  • flatpak/io.github.nelsonduarte.PDFApps.metainfo.xml: adds the 1.15.1 release entry.
  • msix/generate_listing_csv.py: replaces the Microsoft Store release notes with 1.15.1 in all 8 languages.
  • docs/sitemap.xml: moves the changelog lastmod to 2026-10-11.

Verification

  • appstreamcli validate --pedantic on the metainfo.
  • xmllint on the metainfo and the sitemap.
  • Simulated the release.yml version bump on the changelog: only the footer changes.
  • Suite: 986 passed.

Editorial content only, no code paths touched. Typed as docs: on
purpose so the release-notes generator discards it: this commit
prepares the notes for 1.15.1 and must not appear in them.

- docs/changelog.html: add the 1.15.1 entry, dated October 11, 2026,
and move the "Latest" badge off 1.15.0. The version footer is left
at v1.15.0 for release.yml to bump at tag time.
- docs/sitemap.xml: move the changelog lastmod to 2026-10-11, since
its visible content changes. The other pages keep their dates.
- flatpak/io.github.nelsonduarte.PDFApps.metainfo.xml: add the 1.15.1
release entry, which the snap and the AUR packages ship.
- msix/generate_listing_csv.py: replace the 1.15.0 Microsoft Store
release notes with 1.15.1 in all 8 languages, seven bullets each.
The titles separate the version with a colon, not an em dash. Only
the ReleaseNotes row of the generated CSV changes, and the longest
value is 1241 characters, inside the 1500 limit.

The three texts cover the same changes: OCR runs in the chosen
language and lists only installed ones (#195), OCR no longer closes
the app when the installed Tesseract is older than 3.05 or reports a
version pytesseract cannot parse (#195), OCR and compression fixed in
the snap (#192, #194), no console windows on Windows (#194, #195), no
two-minute compression stall (#194), no deprecation notice at start
(#190), the Help button URL (#183), and pypdf 6.19.0 and urllib3
2.8.0 (#191). The PySide6 cap (#196) is not user-visible and is left
out.
