Summary

• Replace Jest and ts-jest across the workspaces with Vitest and SWC, preserving decorator metadata from the TypeScript configuration.
• Migrate custom matcher typings, spies, setup files, ESLint rules, and test TypeScript types.
• Preserve per-workspace worker limits, timeouts, coverage reports, integration test scripts, and the transport performance test entry point.
• Remove Jest-only dependencies and update the npm lockfile.
