The todo command built the TODO.md path inline. Extract a helper so the file name and location live in one place for the todo command and for list, which needs to find the same file to report progress.
Worktree state such as TODO.md lives in the Git directory rather than the checkout, and callers were repeating the same rev-parse command to find it.
A worktree's TODO.md records what is left to do, so list collects the checkbox counts alongside git status. A missing or unreadable TODO.md reports no progress because list already degrades quietly for other unreadable worktree state.
Knowing which worktrees still have open checklist items is as useful as knowing which are merged or dirty, so list reports <done>/<total> per worktree and exposes the same counts as todoDone/todoTotal in --json.
