Users need to know which GitHub account and organizations automatic mise trust covers before they consent to code execution.
Remove Lefthook-generated hooks before installing hk so existing clones can migrate safely and repeat the installation.
hk check looks for a check hook, but hk.pkl only defined fix commands in the pre-commit hook. Add a check hook that reports drift for gofumpt, goimports, go fix, and go mod tidy without rewriting the working tree.
Running fixers in CI rewrites files and exits successfully, so it does not fail when the checkout is unformatted. Use hk check --pr instead so the check hook reports problems in changed pull request files.
mise.lock records hk with the packslip backend because the registry now prefers it for hk 1.58.1 and later. The previous CI pin, 2026.8.5, predates that backend, so mise install --locked failed with a misleading "hk not found in mise tool registry" error. Pin 2026.10.17, the mise version that generated the lock, so CI supports every backend the lock references. Change-Id: I3f056cf4d11e2346a34bfb31afd9de268b7b0985
