Add darkmoon plugin (security: MCP server + pentest skill)

Adds plugins/darkmoon.json, a git-subdir reference to the darkmoon Claude Code plugin in https://github.com/ASCIT31/darkmoon-mcp-server (path plugins/darkmoon: valid .claude-plugin/plugin.json, README and LICENSE present, version 0.1.0 matches the plugin manifest).

Tags: skills (ships skills/darkmoon-pentest/SKILL.md) and mcp-servers (ships .mcp.json). Category security. Kebab-case name matching the filename; no duplicate name or source URL in plugins/.

Honest scope: the Darkmoon engine and CLI are open source (GPL-3.0), but this MCP server and plugin drive the Dashboard API of a self-hosted Darkmoon Pro instance (no hosted endpoint), and the entry says so. run_pentest starts a real assessment and must only target systems the user is authorized to test. I am affiliated with the project (ASC-IT).

Checked locally against the rules of validate-plugin.yml (required fields, author.username, source type, category, component tag). .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is untouched (auto-generated).
