fix(config): prefer h3 version from nitro path - #1844

fantastic! does this mean we can now drop the h3 + nitro deps?

I think we should prefer nitroPath instead of rootDir - does that make a difference?

Updated to prefer nitroPath and adjusted the test-d typecheck for event with nitro/h3.
My previous change broke if another h3 version was specified in package.json.

nitro 3.0.260903-beta package.json exports ./h3

Yes. **`nitro@3.0.260903-beta` exports `./h3`**, mapped to `./lib/h3.mjs`:
```json
"./h3": "./lib/h3.mjs"
```
So you can import from `nitro/h3`. The package’s versioned docs describe it as re-exporting H3 v2 utilities. ([github.com](https://github.com/nitrojs/nitro/blob/main/package.json))

npm nitro 3.0.260903-beta package.json exports h3
💡 Result:
For **`nitro@3.0.260903-beta`**, the package exports the `nitro/h3` subpath, mapped to `./lib/h3.mjs`. The package also lists `h3` as a dependency (`^2.0.1`). ([github.com](https://github.com/nitrojs/nitro/blob/main/package.json))
So you can import Nitro’s H3-related exports from `nitro/h3`. The cited `package.json` is the repository’s `main` branch, which shows that version number; it is not a version-pinned registry tarball, so I can’t confirm from this source alone that the published package contents are identical. Declare nitro in the example.
register-endpoint.test-d.ts imports nitro/h3, but examples/nitro-v3 does not declare nitro. Nuxt provides Nitro only through the transitive @nuxt/nitro-server-nightly dependency. The supported pnpm installation can therefore fail to resolve nitro/h3 during the type test.

exsolve resolveModulePath array bases first match documentation

In **exsolve**, the `from` option accepts an array of paths or URLs. The docs say it resolves “from one or more parent URLs,” but **don’t specify that the first matching base wins** or explain the array’s ordering semantics. ([github.com](https://github.com/unjs/exsolve))
So “first match” isn’t established by the documentation. The published `exsolve@1.0.6` declarations confirm the array type, but don’t define how it is processed. ([app.unpkg.com](https://app.unpkg.com/exsolve%401.0.6/files/dist/index.d.mts))

exsolve 1.1.3 resolveModulePath source from array bases
💡 Result:
In **exsolve 1.1.3**, pass the candidate base paths in `from`:
```ts
import { resolveModulePath } from "exsolve";
const resolved = resolveModulePath("some-package", {
from: ["/app", "/workspace"],
});
```
`from` accepts an array of paths or URLs; resolution can use those parent locations. For best results, pass directory paths (or `file://` URLs ending in `/`). `resolveModulePath` returns a filesystem path and throws if the resolution is not a `file://` URL; set `try: true` if you want `undefined` when resolution fails. ([github.com](https://github.com/unjs/exsolve/blob/main/README.md?utm_source=openai))
The available README describes the option, but I couldn’t verify 1.1.3’s published implementation here, so the exact order/iteration behavior for multiple bases remains unconfirmed. The source closest to that detail is the versioned package: [exsolve 1.1.3 on UNPKG](https://unpkg.com/exsolve@1.1.3/).

Restore the per-directory H3 v2 search.
exsolve@1.1.3 stops at the first matching from base. When Nitro is unavailable, an H3 v1 package in an earlier modulesDir entry can hide an H3 v2 package in a later entry. src/config.ts then selects the H3 v1 runtime.
