Adds Bluetooth support for the Meditive Smart Scale UIP-50.

Supports:

• Live and stable weight readings

Your scale speaks the same AC 27 protocol as the ALPHA Smart Scale PRO 3 in
TaylorBIAHandler: same wire types (0xD5/0xD6/0xD0/0xDF), checksum and weight mask, and the
profile and ack frames are byte for byte what TaylorBIAHandler already writes. Please add the
UIP-50 there as another model instead of a new handler: match "meditive" (with 0xFFB0) in
modelFor(), give it its display name, and move your two captured frames into
TaylorBIAHandlerTest.

That way it also gets what the copy is missing: BODY_COMPOSITION is listed as implemented, but
the new handler only publishes weight and impedance, while TaylorBIAHandler derives fat, water,
muscle etc. via StandardImpedanceLib and imports stored weigh-ins (0xD8).
