Releases 0.5.0 to npm latest. Merge with a merge commit.

0.5.0-rc.1 is on npm under the rc dist-tag.

• perf(layout): diagrams over 60 nodes or 180 edges are laid out in one pass with ELK's cheaper settings (perf(layout): lay out large diagrams in one cheaper pass, plus viewer fixes #55). A diagram with 100 nodes and 300 edges now takes 1.5s, down from 10.9s. One with 200 nodes and 600 edges takes 7s, down from about 65s. Smaller diagrams are laid out as before.
• feat(viewer):
  • The lens has a "Show all" button whenever a type is hidden.
  • On phones, the collapsed inspector toggle shows the name of the selected card.
• fix(viewer):
  • The header uses the singular for one node or connection.
  • Play is disabled when nothing on screen has a flow to animate.
  • Screen readers read the phrases of the route hint as separate phrases.
• test(layout): the time limit on the large-diagram layout test is 15s instead of 4s, because GitHub runners are slower (test(layout): give the large-diagram timing check room for slow CI runners #57). With the 4s limit, chore(release): v0.5.0 #56 failed on main and 0.5.0 wasn't released.

Large diagrams no longer flip edges that run against the flow and lay out again, so those edges can loop round the diagram. Running deliver on a diagram over the threshold gives a different result from 0.4.0. No bundled example crosses the threshold.
