Releases 0.6.0 to npm latest. Merge with a merge commit.

0.6.0-rc.1 is on npm under the rc dist-tag.

• fix(layout): deliver no longer fails with "Maximum call stack size exceeded" on the largest diagrams the schema allows (up to 500 nodes and 2,000 connections), on Node or on Bun (fix: lay out the largest diagrams without crashing, plus phone zoom and large-diagram speed #59).
• perf(layout): past 60 nodes or 180 connections, layout skips keeping the author's node order and ELK's extra crossing passes. A diagram with 500 nodes and 1,500 connections is delivered in 7s; under 0.5.0 it crashed on Node and took minutes on Bun. One with 200 nodes and 600 connections takes 1.5s, down from 7s.
• feat(cli): deliver says when a large layout starts, so it doesn't look stuck.
• perf(viewer): with 500 nodes, panning runs at 180 fps (was 33) and Play at 169 fps (was 44), and selecting a card takes about 50ms.
• fix(viewer): on a phone, a big diagram opens at a readable zoom from its start instead of at the 20% minimum. Fit still shows the whole diagram.

Large diagrams no longer keep the author's node order, so running deliver on a diagram over the threshold gives a different layout from 0.5.0. Diagrams under the threshold, and every bundled example, lay out as before.
