Releases 0.6.1 to npm latest. Merge with a merge commit.

0.6.1-rc.1 is on npm under the rc dist-tag.

From this release on, main no longer deploys the site on push (#62): the release job calls a Vercel Deploy Hook (release, branch main), stored as the repository secret VERCEL_DEPLOY_HOOK_MAIN. Both are set up.

• fix(viewer): changing the flow speed while it plays no longer snaps every pulse back to the start of the loop (fix(viewer): keep the flow playing when its speed changes #63). On this branch's preview, cycling the speed three times moved no pulse more than 7px in a frame; on the current production site, one pulse jumped 249px.
• fix(cli): deliver --open on Windows now opens paths that contain spaces, and no longer lets &, | or parentheses in a file name run as commands (fix(cli): quote the path deliver --open hands to cmd on Windows #64). Paths with " or % aren't opened; deliver still writes the file and says it couldn't open it.
• fix(layout): if ELK's worker thread or child process dies, deliver fails with an error instead of hanging (fix(layout): fail the layout when ELK's thread or child process dies #66).
• fix(cli): elkjs is pinned to exactly 0.12.0, so a given CLI version always lays out the same diagram the same way, whenever it was installed (fix(cli): pin elkjs exactly so a CLI version always lays out the same #65).
• ci: the production site deploys from the release job, after npm has the new version, so it can no longer show the previous release (ci: deploy the site to production from the release job, not on every push to main #62). With 0.6.0, the release merge's build, made before the version bump, finished last and became production, so the site still shows 0.5.0.
• docs(site): the CLI docs mention deliver's large-layout notice on stderr (docs(site): mention deliver's large-layout notice on stderr #61).

Layouts are unchanged: the lockfile already resolved elkjs 0.12.0.
