What this PR does
Fixes the failing checks from the dependabot
go groupbump (originally #1020).sigs.k8s.io/kustomize/api(andkyaml) atv0.21.2. Thev0.21.3bump pulled a newerk8s.io/kube-openapibuilt onstructured-merge-diff/v7, which clashes with the pinnedapimachinery v0.37.1(still onv6) and broke the build/test/e2e compile (cannot use ...v7/schema.TypeDef as ...v6/schema.TypeDef). Reverting dropssmd/v7and rollskube-openapiback to the v6-compatible build. Moving the k8s stack tosmd/v7is a separate, deliberate upgrade.v2.11.2tov2.14.0. The pinned linter was built with go1.26 and panicked on the go1.27 toolchain (package requires newer Go version go1.27). v2.14.0 is built with go1.27.master.masteris a stale branch whoseinstall.shuses an unanchored checksumgrep, so it matched the new*.tar.gz.sbom.jsonrelease asset and failed verification. The version-tagged script uses an anchoredgrepand installs cleanly.exhaustruct_v5and apply linter autofixes. v2.14.0 renamedexhaustruct(already disabled here) toexhaustruct_v5, solinters.default: allre-enabled it and surfaced 202 findings; disabling it under the new name restores the repo's existing intent. The remaining new checks (modernize/embedlit,gofumpt) are autofixed across 9 files with no behavior change.godirective to1.27.2for the toolchain security patches. CI usessetup-gowithgo-version-fileunderGOTOOLCHAIN=local, so the directive is what pins the toolchain used in CI and release builds.Verified locally:
go build ./...,go vet ./...,go mod verify, andgolangci-lint runall pass; the e2e suite now compiles.
