Frontend: Role detail view Members tab #575

Build the Members tab. Breadcrumb "Roles and Permissions Management -> Roles and permissions -> ", role name as the page title, and header buttons "Duplicate role" and "Assign Role" (present on standard roles too).

Columns (exact): Username, Email, Scope (e.g. "Crestline Professional Development", "All Platform"; a row may show a nested sub-scope line beneath, e.g. a course under a department/library), Actions. Controls: Search box, a "Scope" filter, sort carets on Username/Email, "Showing N users of M" with prev/next pagination (page selector "1 of 10"). Per-row Actions: a view (eye) icon and a revoke (trash) icon (revoke modal lives in the Actions epic).

Sourced from the existing endpoints (GET /api/authz/v1/users/ — ADR 0024 — and /roles/users/), which already provide search, scope filter, sort and pagination.

Acceptance

• Members listed for the role; search + scope filter + sort + pagination wired to existing endpoint params.
• Per-row view and revoke actions; Duplicate/Assign header buttons.
• Empty/loading/error states; accessible table.
