Frontend: Role detail Permissions tab (custom roles, editable) #577
Description
The editable Permissions tab for a custom role: the same single-role category-accordion matrix as the create wizard — collapsible category accordions with per-category Select all and x of y selected counts, Expand/Collapse all, Search + Filter, and the sticky Permissions summary side panel. Each permission is a toggle; dependency auto-enable/lock applies. Reuse of the wizard's matrix component, not the read-only multi-role comparison matrix used for standard roles.
The header shows a banner noting the role is assigned to N team members. Permission edits are not applied immediately: toggling marks the role dirty and surfaces an "unsaved changes" banner with a Save button; changes persist only on Save (Custom Roles add/remove-permissions API, ADR from #469). Standard navigation-guard applies — warn before navigating away with unsaved changes. (Exact banner/save design is still pending; follow the final design.)
Acceptance
- Editable accordion matrix renders (Select all, counts, expand/collapse, search, filter, summary panel).
- Toggles update local dirty state without persisting; an unsaved-changes banner with Save appears while dirty.
- Save calls the add/remove-permission endpoint and clears dirty state with a toast.
- Navigating away while dirty prompts a confirm.
- Dependency auto-enable/lock with "Required by …".
- Shown only for
definition_kind=user_defined.
