Frontend: Duplicate role (row + detail kebab) + toast #583
Description
Add "Duplicate" to the Roles and Permissions row kebab and the role-detail header kebab. Duplicate is immediate and fire-and-forget (per design): clicking it calls the duplicate endpoint directly — no dialog or wizard — and shows a success toast "Role duplicated successfully. You can view it in the Roles & Permissions table." with a "Go to Roles and permissions" button that navigates to the table.
Acceptance
- Duplicate available from both kebab menus (for standard and custom source roles).
- One click calls the duplicate endpoint with no intermediate form.
- Success toast with the "Go to Roles and permissions" action; error toast on failure.
- No navigation away on its own (user chooses via the toast button).
