sheets/systemsLibrary.ts (pure): badgesFor (RUNNING, PUBLISHED vN / NEVER PUBLISHED, UNPUBLISHED CHANGES, N PROBLEMS, INSTALLED), versionLabel/versionFact/originFact, deleteBlocked/exportBlocked, insideBadges, installPlan (notices and buttons for a new system, one brought back, and one already here: UPDATE when unchanged, REPLACE with a confirm when changed here, blocked when the file has problems, always KEEP BOTH under its copy name), installedMessage and the other status lines.

sheets/systemsApi.ts: list, get, create, rename, duplicate, remove, preview, install (replaceChanges), exportFile, each answering { ok, value } or { ok: false, error } in the server's own words, with changed and problems passed on.
