CI passes project-version-file: version.json to the shared Sonar workflow, supplying the stable .version (1.0) for the Previous version cycle. The README explains when to increment it. Source code, package version and publish dependencies are unchanged.

Depends on panixida-infrastructure/ci-cd#27: merge that approved shared workflow first, then rerun this PR's checks. The final diff retains @main; before the dependency is merged, GitHub rejects the new input.

Validation: full preview CI passed format, merge-result tests, separate PR-head coverage, Sonar Quality Gate and the Sonar App's Code Analysis check using shared commit 5610bff41c45f2cac47dff2cd6c2219c012048c4. This temporary pin has been removed from the final diff.

The server policy and GitHub PR comments are deployed through core-platform #49. Merge requires user approval.
