Keep open Query Tool connections when the Object Explorer connects their server. #10742 - #10743
ServerNode.connect() re-read the server details with ServerManager.update() whenever the Object Explorer's maintenance database connection was closed. update() releases every connection of the server, including those of open Query Tool and View/Edit Data tabs. Tabs restored at login connect to their database before the Object Explorer restores its tree, so after the idle-session sweep has released a session's connections, the next login leaves every restored tab polling a transaction without a connection: GET /sqleditor/status/<trans_id> answers 500 "Transaction status check failed." every two seconds, and refreshing the data fails with 503 "Connection to the server has been lost.". Details and a reproduction script in #10742.
ServerManager.has_live_connection() (new): whether any connection of the server is open, the Object Explorer's or a tool tab's.
ServerNode.connect() calls update() only when has_live_connection() is false (and, as before, not for is_qt). With nothing connected, behaviour is unchanged.
While a tool tab is connected, connecting from the Object Explorer no longer re-reads the server row. The connection details cannot have changed unnoticed: saving the server's properties calls update() itself (ServerNode.update()), so an edited host or port is still picked up there, and a disconnect releases everything, after which the next connect updates again.
Test plan
New browser.server_groups.servers.tests.test_connect_keeps_tool_connections (mocked driver, real ServerManager.has_live_connection()): nothing connected → update() called; restored tool tab connected while the tree is not → not called; Query Tool request → not called. The restored-tab scenario fails on the old code.
New utils.driver.psycopg3.tests.test_manager_has_live_connection: no connections, all closed, only tool connections open.
browser.server_groups.servers.tests, desktop mode, PostgreSQL 18: 152 passed, 0 failed (40 server-mode-only tests skipped). In server mode 148 passed; 43 fail in my environment with "Error while creating server" in setUp, the same 43 on master.
tools.sqleditor (test_transaction_status, test_view_data, test_poll_query_tool, test_start_query_tool, test_check_transaction_status_reconnect, test_new_connection_database, test_new_connection_user, test_reconnect_as_changed_user, test_autocomplete_after_connection_change, test_view_data_restore_stale_trans, test_close_requires_auth): 39 passed, the same as on master.
utils.driver.psycopg3: 128 passed (125 on master, plus the 3 new tests).
Prevented reconnect handling from disrupting active Query Tool or View/Edit Data connections when the Object Explorer maintenance connection is closed.
Connection refreshes now occur only when no live server connections remain and the request isn’t from those tools, preserving other active connections.
Tests
Added coverage for refresh behavior when server connections are open, closed, or absent, including connections used by database tools.

ServerNode.connect() re-read the server details with
ServerManager.update() whenever the Object Explorer's maintenance
database connection was closed. update() releases every connection of
the server, including those of open Query Tool and View/Edit Data tabs.
Tabs restored at login ("Save the application state") connect to their
database before the Object Explorer restores its tree, so the
maintenance connection is still closed when the tree's connect request
arrives. After the idle-session sweep has released a session's
connections, this happens on the next login: the restored tabs lose
their connections, their status poll answers 500 "Transaction status
check failed." every two seconds, and refreshing the data fails with
"Connection to the server has been lost.".
Update the manager only when none of its connections is open, checked
with the new ServerManager.has_live_connection(). Saving the server's
properties still updates the manager, so changed connection details are
picked up as before.

ServerManager now detects whether any managed connection is live. ServerNode.connect uses this check before updating the manager. The Query Tool and View/Edit Data request exclusion remains.

Connecting a server from the Object Explorer now leaves open Query Tool and View/Edit Data connections alone, and behavior is unchanged when no connection is open. A narrow, pre-existing timing window remains, but this change reduces it. No merge-blocking risk remains.

Explanation
[#10742] ServerManager.has_live_connection() checks managed connections. ServerNode.connect() skips update() when a connection is live, preserving tool connections. It retains the Query Tool exception and updates the manager when no connection is live. New tests cover the decision and connection states. The author reports successful status polling and data refresh in the reproduction.
