Summary

  • Fixes build-cli CI failures introduced by the recent Go template dependency update (fix(deps): bump vulnerable dependency versions in Go and Java templates #1309)
  • go.sum had phrase-go v4.30.0 but go.mod requires v4.32.0, causing go mod tidy to update the module graph during CI — making the subsequent verification go build detect stale module state
  • Also removes ~220 stale transitive-dep entries from the old golang.org/x/oauth2 pseudo-version (cloud.google.com, x/net, etc.) that are no longer part of the pruned graph under go 1.27.1

Steps to verify

  • CI build-cli job should pass (was failing with go: updates to go.mod needed; to update it: go mod tidy)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

go.sum had phrase-go v4.30.0 but go.mod requires v4.32.0,
causing `go mod tidy` in the build-cli CI job to update the
module graph and then fail at the verification go build step.

Also removes ~220 stale entries from the old golang.org/x/oauth2
pseudo-version's transitive deps (cloud.google.com, x/net, etc.)
that are no longer in the pruned module graph under go 1.27.1.
