Add yukke.org org and PID 0x6870 for hidpin

[yukkeorg]

hidpin turns an RP2040 board (Raspberry Pi Pico, Adafruit QT Py RP2040) into a vendor-defined
USB HID device: it reports debounced GPIO pin levels together with timestamped edge events,
takes per-pin configuration (pull-up/pull-down, debounce time) over Feature reports, and can
drive output pins.

One PID is requested: 1209:6870. The firmware currently ships with the 1209:0001 test PID and
will switch to the allocated one once this is merged.
