Add Response Exporter (reports plugin) 1.0.0.0
Report plugin for OJS and OMP that exports review form responses to CSV:
one row per review assignment, one column per review form question,
option labels for radio/drop-down/checkbox answers, and an optional
"numerical answers only" mode.
3.5 with MySQL and PostgreSQL (.github/workflows/main.yml)
The package was installed with PluginHelper::installPlugin() on OJS 3.5
and the test suite passed against the installed copy.
