New sample: spo-audit-user-and-site-access
Reports who can reach a SharePoint Online site and how (-Mode BySite), or
what a given user can reach and by which route (-Mode ByUser), classifying
every route as Granted or Overshared (Everyone claims and sharing links).
Uses PnP PowerShell (GetUserEffectivePermissions plus a role-assignment
walk). Includes README, sample.json, and an example screenshot.
